About

Cedar Street is a short film about childhood and the suffering some kids sadly endure. Cedar Street is being produced and filmed by an all female crew.

Our Story

The Peterson and Sellar girls have a new club on the nearby abandoned train tracks. Jeremiah wants more than anything to be a part of the club, and won’t give up until he is.

Every day after school Jeremiah shows up at the club asking to join, and every day the girls give him a new task to complete before they’ll let him in. Jeremiah continually fails to complete the tasks, and returns unnoticed by all to his empty, filthy, home.

Finally, Jennifer Peterson promises Jeremiah if he is able to sleep in the club overnight, he will not only become a member, but he will be the leader. Jeremiah, dying for acceptance, does as he is told, but when he arrives at the club he is met by a surprise, and what happens afterwards changes the neighborhood forever.

Our Crew

We will be shooting this film with an all female crew.  Don't get us wrong, we like men, but we thought it would be fun to do things a little different than normal.

Here's a list of some of our leading ladies:
Monica Graves (director/producer), Shannon Breen (director of photography), Kia Geraths (editor), Alyssa Roehrenbeck (Assistant Director) Alex Short, Raven Fleming, Kathleen Kelly, Heather Dominguez, Sara Prevo, Addison Graves, Coleman Stevenson, Betty Alcaraz.

We'll post updates as we move through the production process.  Or if you've donated to our kickstarter - you can see exclusive updates here:
